Purpose of the book:
To continue to widen and deepen the vocabulary and the progress of the children in the learning of the grammar rules with the objective for them to achieve writing correct sentences and paragraphs.
Caracteristics:
General Overview: This book continues to develop the learned language from previous books on an even higher level, included is new vocabulary of diverse themes and the conjugation of verbs in the past and present to allow the child to converse and to compose sentences in a basic Hebrew.
Content:
This book continue to develop and expand the learned vocabulary together with the grammar rules necessary to write sentences and paragraphs on an advanced level.
- VOCABULARY: the book offers exercises which repeat the vocabulary learned in previous years like essays and sentences from new vocabulary lists. For that reason, the child continues to acquire systematically a wide vocabulary about different subjects as a foundation to continue learning the language.
- COMPREHENSION OF TEXT: in the volumes 3 and 4 most part of the book focuses in the areas of language and grammar. For a deeper development of comprehension skills its recommended to use an additional book specialized in text “Navin Behanaa” or Hachavaya Shebakria” (for girls) for the development of the comprehension of the text in a pleasant way, from individual words to paragraphs and the following of instructions.
- Language structure (grammar): the book is mainly dedicated to different grammar subjects which are fundamental for the language: masculine – feminine, singular – plural, adjectives, conjugations and more (on a higher level than shown in the previous books).With the help of the exercises the child continues to acquire the Hebrew grammar rules complete and extensive, to help him construct proper sentences with using the already learned vocabulary and like this to better understand the Pesukim of the Holy Tora. The exercises develops gradually each one basing itself on the previous subject and increasing the learning.
When the child finished the textbook, he has reached the maximum of vocabulary of the series and is capable to converse and compose sentences and paragraphs.
